How to use the website.
-Click on the upper right corner “log in”
If you are already registered ,you should write your E-mail address and Password. Then click on “log in”
If you are not already registered Create your account Enter your e-mail address to create an account. Then click on “create your account”
You will be welcomed and a full information menu of your account can be selected, just clicking on it. In this information you can review your orders, status of the orders, your vouchers, your loyalty points, payment done and pending, down loading the invoices etc
If you want to place an order, you have two options.
1st- Type, in the search window, on the upper right corner of the screen the reference or the name ( any other caractheristic of the product also can be used) . The search engine may need to take some time to finish your search.
2º.- On the left side you can scroll through Categories or Manufacturer. In some cases it can be a longer process. Once the product is shown on your screen you can click “View” or “ Add to the cart”.
If you click on “View”.- It will show you all the technical’s characteristic of the product, providing also information of the loyalty points that you will win, then you can chose the number of units and finally to Click on “Add to the cart”. The product will be included in the cart.
If you click on “Add to the cart”. One unit of the product will be included in your cart. If you repeat the step, clicking again on the “Add to the cart” option, a new unit of the product will be added to the cart. When your cart contents all the products that you want to buy, please click "Check out" in the cart window. Now you have a Shopping cart summary showing you the products, the prices and tax information.
If your order is above 1.000 €, you have to type the voucher code AAAA on the proper window and a 5% discount will be included. Now you have to check your addresses (invoicing and shipping ones) and if necessary, to add a new one. Read the terms of service and stick on the acceptance. Now you are informed of the transport cost (for orders above 350 € ,tax excluded, no transport cost will be charged. A window for writing a message can be used to include, for instant the purchase order number of your institution.
If you have accepted the terms of service, you can choose between two payment methods: pay by bank wire transfer 60 days or pay by credit card. If you select the first case (Universities and public and private research institutions can use this payment system), whenever you include an official purchase order number when placing the order. You will see a summary of the order, now please CONFIRM the order. You will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to follow the status of your order. If you select the second case, please fill the data of your credit card. Your order will be approved and you will receive an confirmation email.
When you have finish, you can “log out” (upper left corner) to exit your session or to close directly the web.
